Simon Hall CMLI

Design Director Simon Hall CMLI is heavily involved in every project. He has vast landscape architecture experience, working on complex, high profile, multi-disciplinary projects. He brings our clients the imagination and skills for any type and scale of project. Simon has helped a wide variety of clients across all sectors, from strategy and concept, through to gaining planning permission, detailed design and overseeing implementation. He is adept at advocating the benefits of quality design and supporting clients through the process.

Simon spent five influential years working in Chicago, USA, specialising in creating riverside parks, streetscapes and healing landscapes. This was followed by ten years at a private practice in Leeds, with his designs built at MediaCityUK, Leeds Dock, Worksop Market Square and Northumberland Park. During this time he also led the design of the Rhubarb Crumble and Custard Garden, which won People’s Choice at the RHS Chelsea Flower Show in 2010.

Simon founded PWP Design in 2015 and is incredibly proud of the landscape architecture practice we have become and of everyone who has been part of our team.

"PWP Design delivered an extensive and inspiring design guide and sketch design, transcending our own expectations of what was possible with our limited budget. Simon Hall's knowledge, enthusiasm and ever-present support has been a breath of fresh air and we are extremely thankful for his contribution to the project."
